'series', I believe that we need a Constitutional Amendment on Qualifications for Congress. For both the House and Senate. An IQ Score of, '90-110': Normal or average intelligence', being the minimum standard added to Article 1, Section 2 for the House, and Article 1, Section 3 for the Senate regarding qualifications for office.
This Amendment would not be racist, sexist, discriminatory, prejudicial, or any such nonsense that Barry, Holder, or the Race Pimps could dream up and call it(1). The sad - sickening - fact is that we are being governed by Functional Illiterates and the Mentally Challenged.
(1) The tests would be FREE (so the poor could run for office), only have to be taken once, and the Certified Test Results submitted along with all the other forms and paperwork a candidate is required to file before being put on any ballot.
