I believe those sidewalks were built with money from the same source as those cops’ salaries; the tax payers they’re hassling. I know it may seem strange but we do not exits merely to act upon the whims of cops.
Increasingly the cops are just another street gang, albeit one with an awful sense of style.
The cop was telling him to move to the sidewalk. Don't let that stop you . . . .
