It’s a creepy email. He obviously did not just want to say “Hello.” He meant to imply more than that. Can no one see that? As it is, it seemed like a threat to me, but if they did what they are accused of doing, they overreacted.

Is it wrong to look forward to the day a bureaucrat trying to "make an example" of an ordinary citizen gets made an example of by the citizens in return?
