My only worry.. When they get close to the truth it’s likely going to take more than 10 to keep him safe. All Arpaio needs to do is hammer on Obama's father not being an American citizen.
But he won't.
So, it's a TV show.

How about looking at it as he's pursuing that which falls within his area of expertise.
The last time I looked he wasn't a Constitutional scholar or lawyer.
