Before we rush to judge football, consider how many have died in riots at soccer games. In 1969, El Salvador and Honduras even went to war over the results of a soccer game.

Yes, football is a rough sport, and some football rivalries are quite bitter, but to my knowledge, no football game has ever resulted in a war.

Why else does Der Fuehrer show up at football and other sporting events? Sure, he’s chronically campaigning, but there is more to it. He wants to rule the world, and that includes our favorite pasttimes. Government must be omnipresent. How else can he rule?

I hope that the Lord has mercy on Junior Seau's soul: I met him in 1993 while I was commanding an artillery battalion in California. We had just had a terrible accident when one of the battalion wives lost control of her car and 5 people were killed - only her 6 month old son survived. Junior called me and asked if he could help raise money for the young Lance Corporal who had just lost his wife and several cousins in the crash. I am not a sports fan, so I had no idea who he was and barely knew that the San Diego Chargers were a football team.

Nonetheless, I took him up on his offer and he and several of his teammates held an auction of their equipment and raised $5,000 for the family. He was a very nice guy and I was and am grateful for his warmth and generosity.

The night of the accident, I went to the Camp Pendleton Naval Hospital to visit the little guy who survived the crash (his father hadn't gotten back from 29 Palms yet) and when I arrived up onto the ward I saw a man carrying the baby and comforting him and recognized that man to be Major General Charles Wilhelm, our 1st Marine Division Commander at the time. A fine Marine.

Whatever happens, the racist-duo of obama and Eric Holder will ensure only white players get the shitty end of the stick. blacks will get major compensation, one way or another. As a matter of fact, obama will no doubt sign an Executive Order stating so.
