I can only speak for myself but I already knew that.

Obutthole might be some kind of alien life form. I think he probably got his start in a petri dish on board a space craft, or in the lab of some distant planet. His builders did a reasonable job of making him look human, but if you listen to him talk for 5 minutes you quickly realize there is nothing terrestrial about this strange life form.
