The attorney for Trayvon Martin's family says George Zimmerman should be back in jail because he failed to tell a judge he had $204,000 during a recent bond hearing.
"They tried to portray themselves as indigent that they did not have any money," said Martin family attorney Benjamin Crump. "We think the court should revoke his bond immediately, and he should be held accountable for misleading the court."
--snip--
Crump said Zimmerman's failure to reveal that he had the money shows that he is being dishonest.
"If his testimony at the bond hearing is any indication of what is to come, then the lying has already begun," Crump said....

Ben Crump and Daryl Parks: The Reverend Al Sharpton calls them the next Johnny Cochrans.
Every time I read the latest demand from the Martin family lawyer or black activists, I ask is that really the way they want blacks to be treated when they shoot somebody? Because I’m quite certain black activists like Sharpton agitate for the “civil rights” of blacks accused of crimes.
I remember when I represented myself to get custody of my youngest daughter. My ex’s attorney would bring up all this irrelevant stuff and actually got pretty overtly irritated in court when the judge would tell her so. She really pissed off the judge.
I won.
Looks like the same thing may happen here.
I think it would be a hoot if it got thrown out on May 8th, which I believe is very possible. The riots that would follow would not be a “hoot”, however.
Get with the drill. I read yesterday (unverified so far) that Mr. Zimmerman has a black grandmother.
If true, this would make him a black white brown Hispanic.
There are bounties, dead or alive, death threats coming in on Twitter, and a constant threat of burning down the town if Zim is not dealt with properly...and I think that would be seeing Zim dead.
The only thing that I haven't heard from this mob yet is GET A ROPE...
At this point that's deliberate on your part. There's a wealth of information out there if you go dig for it.
So if the president had a son, maybe he would look like Zimmerman???

I thought they were renters.
Wow! You caught me manufacturing propaganda for Mr. Zimmerman. Please don’t turn me in to the Black Panthers!
There is much more information available now. Yes, Zimmerman lived in the neighborhood. And “no”, the police would not get there in time, as they had not arrived in time during repeated breakins and other incidents in the nighborhood. One of Zimmerman’s neighbor’s - a stay at home Mom with an infant - was at home, in the house, in broad daylight when her house was broken into. She locked herself in a bedroom with the baby and called the police. The police arrive too late to catch anyone. The criminals were unplugging and disconnecting the TV and other valuables while this woman trembled in fear in her own home. In this case, Zimmerman went to the woman, gave her contact information so she would have someone to call (Zimmerman’s wife) and replaced the lock for the sliding glass door (the point of entry) with something more effective. This is just one of many incidents and the police never arrived in time.
The neighborhood is a gated community for first-time home buyers, a mix of white, black and hispanic. When the economy crashed, there were foreclosures and homes being rented out to people who did not care about the neighborhood and some of whom may have been actually committing the crimes. The whole neighborhood was in an uproar - people were very frightened.
Zimmerman reacted to Trayvon because that is exactly what he and the neighbors had been seeing - young black men casing the neighborhood just prior to a break-in occuring. Zimmerman followed because in all the previous incidents the police always arrived too late and in only one incident had the police been able to recover any of the property stolen.
A black woman, a neighbor, interviewed by the press said “lets look at the elephant in the roome - it was young black men committing these crimes”.
This neighborhood had learned the hard way that you cannot expect the police to arrive in time to save you.
“If Martin managed to get his gun, he probably would have killed him, and then you would never have heard about this in the media.”
Even if there had been no gun, there’s an excellent chance GZ would have ended up dead or permanently injured. Having your head beat on concrete can do that...
You’re right about one thing though, we never would have heard about it if that had been the outcome.
“The riots that would follow would not be a hoot, however.”
We’ll see how any “riots” pan out.
I won’t shed a tear if a bunch of thugs get shot up. Most of the country won’t react the way LA did during the Rodney King debacle.
Wow. Just wow. You decided he's not innocent but you don't understand? Do you think that is fair?
Living expenses too.
Is this person a FL lawyer?
FL has a very strict 30 day no contact rule regarding lawyers contacting people regarding civil cases.
Did this lawyer contact the martin famil? Is this person license to practice law in FL? Has the FL Bar investigated?
I he is making legal representations the he is practicing law even if it is not in the courtroom.
(during the Florida everglades airtran disaster the FL Bar issue emergency suspensions of lawyers who violated the advertising rules and went after out of state lawyers who were soliciting in violation of the 30 day no contact rule)
If you listen to the recorded phone conversation, he *did* stand down. You could hear him running, clearly enough that it’s obvious that’s WHY the operator asked him if he was pursuing. Zimmerman answered that he was. The operator then told him not to. And suddenly his breathing and footstep pace go to normal.
Given the ubiquity of survellance cams these days, I'm wondering if there might possibly be video of exactly this. If that were to turn up, it would put a whole new spin on the 'case'.
The 90 year old war veteran husband was beaten and his jaw broken. He was shot in the face numerous times with a BB gun and sent to the hospital in critical condition.
The 85 year old partially blind wife was RAPED and then BEATEN TO DEATH.
Can you just imagine the pain, the humiliation, the horror that dear old lady experienced being gang raped by that pack of feral animals?
(the autopsy states she was raped. Dont think all of these animals didnt all participate)
And can you imagine the pain, the horror of that dear old husband having to witness this?
Theres a lot more involved here than a home invasion and robbery.
WHERE ARE THE CHARGES OF A RACIAL HATE CRIME??
90 year old husbands jaw broken and shot in face with a BB gun numerous times?
85 wife year old semi blind wife RAPED and BEATEN to death??
Why does it take a foreign press to enlighten America as to this henious crime?
WHERE IS THE NATIONAL OUTRAGE?

Have they caught the rest of the gang of feral blacks who raped, tortured and murdered this elderly woman? Are they even looking? Not a word about it in the media.
I was flipping channels and caught just the last couple of seconds of O'Mara on CNN this morning before they switched to the ineffable Crump, so I didn't hear what O'Mara had to say.
