HaHa....I recommend reading part (or all if you can stand it) of the original article. It's pretty funny. He blames the police for arresting him for "covering a political protest". He blames the doctor for not spending copious amounts of time coddling him because his "10 minutes of paid insurance time were up". He blames the Mayor for the jail having scabies.etc., etc., etc.

Warning! Apparently, this "blame" thing is as contagious as his scabies because after reading his blog I find myself blaming his parents for failing to raise a responsible citizen.
