Because efforts to promote safe, responsible, and efficient development of unconventional domestic natural gas resources are underway at a number of executive departments and agencies (agencies), close interagency coordination is important for effective implementation of these programs and activities. To formalize and promote ongoing interagency coordination, this order establishes a high-level, interagency working group that will facilitate coordinated Administration policy efforts to support safe and responsible unconventional domestic natural gas development.

Not exactly. The Senate's function is to hold a trial to determine whether the charges made by the House are substantiated AND rise to the level of "high crime and misdemeamor". And that worked so well the last time it was tried, what makes you think it would be any different now?

At least with the Bakken, the Government knows better.

Oh, now I get it. You want the Republicans to waste a bunch of time and garner a S***Load of bad publicity during the presidiential election season for the sole purpose of being able to say that Obama is an Impeached President?
Great Plan. Where do I sign up?
If I were Gov. Perry, I would get in front of the cameras and tell Obama to stick his Executive Order regarding natural gas where the sun don’t shine.
Then I would announce that Texas is going to require voter I.D. starting this November, and if Eric Holder doesn’t like it, tough toenails.
Welcome to the New Amerika.
What a defeatist attitude !
(2) an evaluation of key factors
affecting production...
The key factor limiting production is political stalling of supporting infrastructure.
The the politicians out of the way and more oil will from in the US.
Executive Order: Feds To Take Control of Domestic Natural Gas Production; EPA Set To Move Within One Week
Needs to be shouted from the rooftops.
Every time I heard the fuss about the secret service, I wondered what we were being distracted from. I wondered how much more of our sovereignty was being given away to south america. This answers my question. Natural gas does not cost enough.

“Because natural gas produced 25 percent of our energy in 2011, the federal government must control this source of energy in order to deliver on the promise of making gasoline prices rise to $10 per gallon, bankrupt the coal industry, and cause energy prices to skyrocket. “
Good to see folks catching on to that.
I have been posting the following. Perhaps now that it is Monday it will get traction.

As near as I can tell, little bammy wants to destroy it.
Right from the White House itself.
The Interagency Working Group to Support Safe and Responsible Development of Unconventional Domestic Natural Gas Resources will be chaired by the Director of the Domestic Policy Council
Oh yeah, you guessed it, here it comes...
Director of Domestic Policy Council Cecilia Muñoz
Cecilia Muñoz is the Presidents Domestic Policy Advisor and the Director of the Domestic Policy Council, which coordinates the domestic policy-making process in the White House. Previously, Ms. Muñoz served as Deputy Assistant to the President and Director of Intergovernmental Affairs.

So... what the ???
I do not see a single item that is any indication whatsoever that she should have ANY input into the management and regulation of the u.S. natural gas industry.
She is pretty much a race pimptress for LaRaza and apparently never had never had a job outside of government (taxpayer) funded "affirmative action" giveaway programs.
So, OF COURSE she will be put in charge of all policy decisions of the entire u.S. natural gas industry.
Ms. I don’t know what an MMBtu is Monoz is going to tell the “unconventional” Nat Gas business how to do its business. How nice.
Okay then, what are your grounds for impeachment? Please be specific as to how these charges can be:
1. Proven, and
2. rise to the level of high crime and misdemeanor.
