All Romney has to do to prove he understands what the average American is going thru is to pledge not to take any lavish vacations while in office on the taxpayers dime.

It isn't imagination that the compulsion driven fanatics, whom we mistakenly label "liberals," lack; rather the ability to reason rationally. Conservatives accept reality--after all, it is aspects of existing reality that we seek to preserve--to conserve--and hence the label "Conservative."

What we "imagine" are things which dynamically flow from those aspects of reality that we desire to preserve, while at the same time being able to understand rationally what will dynamically flow from the fallacies that the Left seeks to impose upon us.

I am not trying to be pedantic. These distinctions are vital to being able to effectively deal with those who mean to destroy our heritage.

NOW, of course, is not the champion of the actual interests of women. NOW has always been the true enemy of the feminine woman--the woman Blessed with all the fine traits that all decent men used to honor in women. The attack on Ann Romney is precisely because she is a feminine woman--a loving wife & mother. A woman who understood that raising her children properly was more important than all the nonsensical projects that NOW and the like promote.
