It’s delusional NOT to believe the ‘rats are ideologically commies.

Not just in Congress — EVERYWHERE.

West DIDN’T say they were communist in their ideology or outlook, he claimed that 80 US congressmen were actual member of the Communist PARTY, and yes that’s not only irresponsible and delusional , but literally McCarthyism by definition.

It was a stupid thing to say because a) it severely damages his credibility on important issues on which he speaks out and b) makes him look like he’s about 20 year behind the times as he should well know Communism is an ideology smoldering on the ash-heap of history. Islamo-fascism is the clear and present danger in today’s world

Oh, c’mon.

Some of ‘em are decent human beings. “Zig-Zag” Zell Miller, 2-term Governor of Georgia, was a Democrat and is probably well to the right of our current likely presidential candidate, Romney. Hell, if the Democrats ran Miller against Romney, I’d vote Miller.

(Not going to happen. Miller doesn’t want run and doesn’t like the current Democrat leadership, anyway.)

A lot of Democrat politicians are reds; most of ‘em are pink. But there are still a few of them who are just decent folks who think they’re helping their neighbors. Or who are Democrats because that is how their county or district works.
