DNC's Wasserman Schultz Calls Republicans 'Callous' Toward Women

Reporting from Washington— Democratic efforts to frame recent Republican policies and right-wing statements as part of a larger “war on women” led by the GOP took another step Sunday. On CNN’s “State of the Union,” Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz portrayed Republicans as “turning back the clock for women.”
“Gov. [Scott] Walkerjust signed a bill that repeals the equal pay law that they had in Wisconsin for years,” she said to host Candy Crowley. “You have Republicans that have engaged themselves for the entire Congress on trying to redefine rape as only being forceful rape, defunding Planned Parenthood and family planning programs.”
Wasserman Schultz’s remarks, in which she also called the GOP "callous and insensitive," follow Republican National Chairman Reince Priebus’ response Thursday to allegations of a war on women on Bloomberg TV.
“If the Democrats said we had a war on caterpillars, and mainstream media outlets talked about the fact Republicans have a war on caterpillars, then we have problems with caterpillars,” Priebus said.
Female voters have been a focal point for the Democratic Party since a string of controversies this year, from the aforementioned fights over Planned Parenthood’s funding, the provision of contraceptives by religions organizations to Rush Limbaugh’s disparaging comments toward Georgetown University law student Sandra Fluke after she spoke to the House of Representatives.

I don’t think they can keep up this ,trying to sucker the women’s vote for another, what, 6 months
Only with a media that is in the tank, could the GOP’s position of not forcing the Catholic Church to purchase abortion pills and contraceptives against their deeply held moral beliefs be considered a “war on women”.
The GOP trying to block taxpayer funding on the abortion mill of planned parenthood is trying to slow down a literal war on young women (and boys for that matter).
OK, I’m sick of dems telling me, a woman, that I am waging war on myself.
And furthermore, dems are the party of abortion.
Half the babies these demons kill would have grown up to BE women! Dems are murderers of the most innocent human life, life that they won’t allow to take it’s first breath.
They make me sick.
Wassermann - Shultz and Progressive women are callous to the unborn.
I know it’s wrong to hit a girl, but in DWS case can we make an exception?

This is their campaign theme for 2012. There is a childish article currently in “The Hill” that doubles down on this “God to Destory World at Midnight: Woman, Children and Minorities Hit Hardest” meme.
They know they won’t get working men, espeically white men, and they half to shore up their base votes with this crap for women and “racism is everywhere” crap for the minorities.
Thank goodness they don’t have the House or they’d be holding McCarthy like “witch hunts” for racist in the government (hint, all appointed by Reagan, Bush and Bush)!
Or they could do fake hearings like the one with that slu...ah Fluke lady.
