If this hatred continues and degenerates into a race war, Obama just might declare martial law and suspend Congress, the Judicial Branch and the elections and assume absolute power until things “settle down”.
If he goe for martial law, then the race war will quickly become a civil war.
When people are fed up to the gills with what is going on. The incident which starts the ball rolling to violence, has little or nothing to do with what the people are fed up with, it is merely a trigger mechanism.
