Trayvon Martin Case: George Zimmerman not being charged
Chicago Now Blog ^ | April 7, 2012 | Don Ellis

I was told that the State of Florida is going to announce on Tuesday that there is not enough evidence to prosecute George Zimmerman.

This is a tip I got from a very close friend who would not make this up.

This person is very close to the Seminole County FL Sheriff's Department, and says that the cops are already getting ready for trouble in Sanford.

Again I have no confirmation of this outside of my source, but I do trust this person with my life.

...California isn’t a swing state, Florida is, that is why the left is making such a big deal out of this particular case, because they need to win Florida badly, whatever they can do to disrupt elections and cause a race riot they think will work in their favor

Very good observation, SB!! It seems that recently, the two Obamas and Biden HAVE been traveling a lot to the swing States as well... in addition to their constant fund raising travels on the taxpayers’ dollars.

Yep. The L.A. numbers were heavily in the blacks` favor vs. the Koreans.. yet the Korean business owners did a decent job defending their establishments against them. They`d already locked and loaded and were ready. Sanford`s business community may want to do the same.

Holder’s “Justice” department will be picking up the prosecution in 3...2...1...

Anf if they do, it should cause an even bigger uprising from right-minded Americans for yet another Federal overstep. But, alas, folks will bitch about it and try to rationalize it while heading back to the lea.

-- I will be shocked if the Feds don't step in and charge him with a hate crime. It's the Obama way. --

Prepare to be shocked. There is no evidence of a crime, and there is no evidence of hate or animus.

Media and mob took down a fairly decent fellow.

Thanks. I'm pondering the significance of this. I think there have been some "crank witnesses" who based their remarks to investigators on the evidence already made public. That would certainly complicate resolution - so too would legitimate witnesses changing their stories after they hear the accounts of others.

But that horse is out of the barn. The same information can be found elsewhere, now.

Would the state be afraid that the doctored NBC tapes might also make the state/Staford liable for providing them to the public?

Woke up thinking about the candy and tea....Betting that TM delivered them home to thirteen year old before going to find GZ. That would fit into the time span of when Z’s call ended and when he was punched. That’s why dad knew about them.

About fifteen years ago, I called the police to report three kids were on top of my neighbors porch roof raising hell.

The dispatcher asked me what color they were and here is where I made a mistake...black. If I could turn back time, I would have asked...what difference does it make?

They sent a black officer. When the officer talked to the kids, one of them pointed up the street and claimed that someone in that house had called them ni—ers.

The officer jumped into car and literally burned rubber getting to the house. When I witnessed that I thought WTH?

I ran up the street, the officer had someone from the house outside interviewing him when I got there.

I told the officer that I was the person who called to report those kids and then asked him...what are you doing up here?

He had no idea what to say. In the meanwhile the kids had disappeared. The officer got into his car and left.

Case resolved.

There’s many folks black and white who don’t buy into the racist crap the socialists are peddling on this issue. Prayers that they are all way out of harms way, because the left wants this to turn to violent riots.

I don't think so. The decision to misrepresent the contents is what lands NBC in trouble, not the contents per se.

I think that's possible. The origin is speculatively Chief Lee mentioned skittles and iced tea being found at the scene, but it could be Tracy Martin.

-- The likelihood of an indictment is greater rather than lesser because I don't believe prosecutors are required to present exculpatory evidence which is why they say they can indict a ham sandwich. --

Agreed they can indict a ham sandwich, but they are required to produce ALL exculpatory evidence to the defense. See the Brady Rule. Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83 (1963), requires prosecutors to disclose materially exculpatory evidence in the government's possession to the defense.

If the state charges without having probable cause, it opens itself up to suit for wrongful prosecution.

Along the lines of "fake witnesses," I just had a thought that Corey may have made the request to pull the evidence off the Sanford Town website based on CNN's "Mystery Witness" interview.

Cutcher may have used CNN's affinity for finding Zimmerman guilty to be an opportunity to advance her cause. Cutcher could have used the 911 calls to fabricate a connection between herself, and one of the 911 calls. One of the 911 calls has the person saying she's putting the phone to the open window. So, Cutcher, as "anon," claims she is that caller. If CNN knows or suspects that connection is false, they have every reason to obscure the falsehood by anonymizing the witness.

That sort of publicity does make things more complicated - not so much for applying the reliable evidence, but for maintaining public belief that the prosecutor is objective. False information that contradicts or cuts against the prosecutor's conclusion is more crap to rebut.

If the Police have determined he should not be charged, all hell is still going to break out in Florida, and probably elsewhere. Here comes Obammies chance for Martial Law

It's a lose-lose for Zimmerman either way. If they do bring charges then there will be those who will say he's guilty no matter if a jury declares him not guilty. If they don't bring charges then there will be those who will say they're just covering up for a whitey. Hussein will do anything to ignite the fires. Zimmerman will still have that Black Panther (Hussein's buddies) bounty on his head and every Trayvon-like thug out there knows where he and his parents live so it'll never be finished until they have done their street justice. The only thing he and his family can do at this point is move far from Florida to stay safe. All this falls at the feet of Hussein and the msm.

I believe George was getting the life beat out of him by that young man, and that T (won’t say his name anymore) DID say ‘you’re going to die’ to George, as T looked at George’s holstered gun. I believe that before T could take the gun and kill him or continue to pound his head into the concrete rendering George unconscious, George took the only action he could to save his own life. T was 6’2” and a strong young man. He was beating George to death, centering on giving George fatal head trauma. The Lying Media should be sued by George and his family. He was the victim and only defended his life.
