He really is not a constitutional Lawyer and we need to see his qualifications from Harvard law School and documentation to prove he knows anything about the laws of the US.
He made a argument of social justice for the Supreme Court not over turning Obama Care, that is not the job of the court social Justice but constitutional of the law.
If I am Roomey's team I push that his qualifications because of his ignorance of the laws and how they work in the US Constitution.

If he indeed went to Harvard Law School (paid for how?) and they consider him a Constitutional Lawyer, then Harvard needs to have their accreditation yanked IMMEDIATELY.
