The people at my door, of course, were Jehovahs Witnesses...aka Russellites. BTW, Charles Taze Russell the JW founder was the first to promote the idea of Global Warming including predictions of the Greenland ice sheet melting as well as the polar ice caps. A great research project would be to investigate if the Global Warming alarmists lifted their ideas from Russell.

This is the Jehovah's Witness tract I preach against in the sermon:We had some JW show up at our door not long ago, and I told them we are LCMS members. They left on their own accord. Unlike another member of our congregation who told them to leave or face a shotgun.
