As the investigation into the investigation of the killing of Trayvon Martin continues, new facts are beginning to surface, and the Fox affiliate in Tampa Bay found an anonymous witness who spoke to them in George Zimmermans defense, saying he saw the man who was mostly the aggressor in the struggle fall on the grass, dead.
Tampa Bays Fox 13 reported that the witness, who agreed only to be identified as John, saw the struggle and it was his testimony the police used to let Zimmerman go free (John spoke to Fox 13′s Orlando Affiliate, Fox 35). His statements to the cops were instrumental because Sanford police say those screams you hear, the anchor notes, are Zimmermans and not Martins. Says John: When I got upstairs and looked down, the person that was on top beating up the other guy was the one laying in the grass, and I believe he was dead at that point.
The police report allegedly included notes of Zimmermans shirt being wet and grassy on the back, a sign of struggle. What it also includes, though, according to this report, is an initial assessment of the situation as manslaughter and unnecessarily killing to prevent an unlawful act, according to the first police officer on the scene.
This story is far from over as the story develops and Zimmermans side comes up to light. Given that the witness is anonymous and the only on-the-record supporters of Zimmermans are his parents, his neighbor, and his lawyer, however, a reasonable explanation for his behavior appears quite elusive. The station also compiled Zimmermans history of 911 calls, the police report from the night of Martins death, and a number of other handy documents to understand the situation.

There is an untold story in this case. Which liberals are not waiting to hear about.
This shooting happened a month ago. It’s only in recent days that the liberals decided to make this their latest cause celebre.
At the time of the shooting, the police did an investigation, filed a report, and the result was that there were no charges against Zimmerman. It was a case of self-defense.
Much of that report has not yet been made public.
You wonder if the liberals care about small details like the official police investigation into this shooting. Or do they just want to make their political statement.
Do liberals like Michael Moore just sit around, waiting for something in the news that they can weigh in on????
And then they weigh in without knowing all of the facts, since a number of facts haven’t yet been made public.
You wonder if all the facts will ever come to light.
For example, in the Rodney King case, they made it sound as if an innocent motorist was attacked by cops. In fact, King was leading police on a high speed chase at over 100 mph. He was fleeing a crime scene in which he was a prime suspect. That fact is not generally known to the public. The liberals used that case to enflame passions.
Is the untold story here something which will clarify what really happened?
I really don’t want to weigh in on this case until more facts are made publicly known.
The media & civil rights racket's reaction (including the POTUS), of course, has been typically disgusting, irresponsible and dangerous.
“The police report allegedly included notes of Zimmermans shirt being wet and grassy on the back, a sign of struggle”
Nothing alleged about the contents of the report. Its in there.
Now THAT I did not know.
dang..everyone is making it sound like it just happened!
btw, just what was the kid doing in that subdivision anyway?
He was suspended from school for five days (only scattered reports and speculation so far as to why) and was staying with his father and stepmother who lived in that subdivision. Interestingly, though shot a mere block from his home, he was apparently unidentified for three days in the morgue, as his parents did not report him missing.
Scouting, maybe?
The national “news” also reported tonight that Zimmerman had a broken nose and a head wound that required stitches.
It would not matter if he got the gun from Trayvon, the media spin is in.
They are using an older, innocent looking photo of Trayvon.
There is a photo of him on facebook, supposedly from his own page, looking quite “gangsta” and much older and bigger.
So how does your 17 year old staying with you go missing for 3 days and no one thinks twice about it?????
Suspended from school for a week. That is interesting.
I didn't catch this report, is there talk that Z relieved M of the handgun that was used? That doesn't sound like anything else I've heard.
visiting fathers girlfriend who lived in a townhouse. doesn’t say it was that particular subdivision.
supposedly suspended for tardiness.
I think MikeSteelBe's remark is just that hypothetically, if Martin had been armed and intended to murder Zimmerman, that the media reports would be about the same as they are now.
The evidence in the case is quite clear that the weapon involved was Zimmerman's. There is no disagreement on that point. Zimmerman admits it, etc.
And why is this being released on a Saturday?
discussion of the ALTERED photo that is being used

If Zimmerman’s actions were justified his life is still ruined thanks to the left wing media.
Michael Berry was talking on his show the other day about how many black kids have been killed in New Orleans and Chicago this year and Sharpton, Jackson and obama haven’t said a thing. Because all of those kids were killed by other blacks.
It’s sounding more and more like a true case of self defense. But even if it came out that the kid had a gun the left would say he was “pushed” into using it.
Zimmerman needs to put some Hispanic family members our front yelling RACISTS!
Thanks for the clarification.
