Some side effects of meds are remarkable! So don’t count it out entirely. My thoughts are with you in this rough time. I’m glad he has you both looking out for him.

It is not uncommon for chemo patients to experience a fogginess of mind for varying lengths of time. It may be how HHC’s dad is reacting to the cumulative level of chemo in his system, with such effects being worsened by incorrect dosages. Sometimes the medical folk do not communicate with each other, and are not aware of what else the patient is taking. Likewise, if Jim is not taking certain meds that he is supposed to, that may be a reason for his reactions also.
