Thanks providing the link to the "exam." It looks to be a competent exposition to me; which is not pass judgment on the point of view but only on the identification and exposition of the issues and references to precedents.

Doesn’t explain the missing National archives or Dunham’s missing passport, or no record of Dunham ever being a patient in Kapiolani.

It doesn’t explain Obama’s spontaneous utterance to RaceBannon that he was born in Mombasa.

Both the mailman and RaceBannon have Obama saying he was going to be president.

The mailman and RaceBannon have REMARKABLY similar stories that I believe.

Both the mailman and RaceBannon have Obama’s age pegged as around 19 or 20 years old. Mailman is probably correct that it’s his meeting is earlier than the 1990’s. It probably was in the 1980’s.

Cahill and Corsi are the ones that think it was in the 1990’s.

It looks to be a competent exposition to me;

That was my opinion too when I first saw it several years ago. But I know more now, and that is why I question whether it is real or not.

"On graduation from Harvard, he was accepted as an instructor at the University of Chicago Law school where he also produced no written evidence of his work."

" "Actually there is ONE exam, and a longer somewhat curious memo to students explaining and reviewing the exam. (Links are to pdfs.)"

The extraordinary thing is that, in his entire time as a "constitutional law lecturer," the Illegal did not write a single published article on constitutional law or, inddeed, any other legal matter. That's a totally remarkable accomplishment for a "scholar" at the Univesity of Chicago or, ideeed, any other prestigious university, all of which require regular scholarly output by their faculty members. It's a dead giveaway that he's an intellectually limited individual who was given a free ride and a sinceure, undoubtedly becaue he had some very powerful hidded sponsors, Tom Ayers, the chairman of Commonwealth Edison, the electric utility that powers all of the Chicago area, being only one of them.

To be fair (And I am ALWAYS fair!) I don't think I've seen many article published by Instructors or Lecturers; and I've read a lot of articles.

Just one other point.

The Russians knew there was something wrong with Obama’s passport in 2005.

They wouldn’t have cared about “natural born citizenship” as some type of blackmail scheme back then.

In 2005 they knew his paperwork was wonky. So did the White House, the U.S. State Department, and military officials, along with their counterparts in Moscow.

Who is Barack Obama?

http://www.americanthinker.com/2011/10/who_is_barack_obama.html

What happened next — after the inspections were over — was at the time reported by several foreign news sources but was never reported in the USA by the CMM. The Russians detained Obama and Lugar for three hours at the airport, demanding to examine both Obama’s and Lugar’s passports and search their plane. Some sources reported that the Russians accused Barack Obama of being a spy.

But wait — there’s more!

According to an Italian source, the Russians did not accuse Obama of being an American spy; they accused him of being a spy for the British! The report went on to say that the incident ended up involving the White House, the U.S. State Department, and military officials, along with their counterparts in Moscow.

Or maybe there was NONE? Has any student ever raised his hand and said that he got the curious memo from Instructor Barack Obama?

Perhaps the original provider of the exam identified themselves, maybe not. But wouldn't it be more likely, if the memo and exam are fake, that one of the former students in the course would have come forward to point this out? But no one has done this.

One thing is clear, if the exam and memo are real, the person who wrote them does have a mind for complex legal reasoning and should therefore presumably have done well on the LSAT and been an appropriate candidate for a decent law school.

If you are correct in pointing out that these sort of memos are unusual, then the fact that one exists points to its authenticity, since there would have been no need to ghost-write it.

I noticed that race-based affirmative action programs are one of the subjects discussed in the memo.

So robust is the treasury of Harvard that it literally has hundreds of billions of dollars to invest.

The Harvard endowment was (surprisingly) only $32 billion as of June 30th, 2011. This was at the end of a fiscal year in which they (amazingly) made 21.4% on their money. - link. Harvard has the largest university endowment.

This agenda is quasi-secret in the sense that it withholds from the public an accounting of its policies. It will not release the grades of Barack Obama, nor will it release his LSAT scores.

Colleges never release grades without the permission of their (living) former students. They are currently prevented by law from doing so. They always release grades of a former student when asked to do so by the former student who pays the appropriate fee. So it is Barack Obama that is preventing the release of his grades, not Harvard.

And no one is more surprised than I am. I do not know where I got the notion that the endowment render the hundreds of billions but that was my fixed conception. Thank you for the correction. I think that principle nevertheless applies.

My guess is that this story is in fact a link to the known communist Axelrod family who were well known in Chicago. To add to the story are reports that the Axelrod name is an Americanized name for a family whose roots go back to Trotsky with association with Lenin. Khrushchev knew a lot more than he let on with his statement to the effect that communism would bury us.

I was a “swing driver” in Chicago for a “large delivery company with airplanes,” and covered vacations and sick days...I did have South Sangamon on a route I covered where Ayers and Obama had an address, but I do not recall seeing either one of them there....though I am sure I came across Obama somewhere, somehow 343 South Dearborn sticks in my head, I don’t know why, but I’m getting old and entirely capable of misremembering.

Who knows how many students Obama had or if he really had any at all. I am not aware of any of them who have come forward. Searching now I did find a statement from the University of Chicago Law School that he was a professor or instructor there. It contains this about Obama:

From 1992 until his election to the U.S. Senate in 2004, Barack Obama served as a professor in the Law School. He was a Lecturer from 1992 to 1996. He was a Senior Lecturer from 1996 to 2004, during which time he taught three courses per year.
Part Two of Obama's supposed opus Dreams from My Father (earliest Copyright 1995) is called "Chicago." This section has 163 pages in my edition. I didn't recall anything about the University of Chicago in it, and skimming it just now the only reference to the school I found was that Reverend Wright attended there.

Obama was elected to the Illinois State Senate in 1997. According to the National Conference of State Legislatures, Illinois is a "Red light" state which would seem to indicate that its legislators spend something more that 67% of their time being a lesgislator and less than 80% or mor of their time which is what true "Red" (full-time) state legislators supposedly spend.

So exactly where Obama found the time to teach three courses per year during that time, as claimed in the U of Chicago Law statement, is something of a question I would think.

As for why no student of Obama's (assuming he had students) has expressed an opinion about the memo, it could easily be that none are aware of it, or if they are aware of it that they aren't certain that the thing didn't exist. And publicly calling the President of the United States a liar is not always a career enhancing move for a lawyer.
