I went to a “cash position” on most of my savings/retirement stuff several months ago.

We’re looking at a severe overall crash coming up,

I went to a “cash position” on most of my savings/retirement stuff several months ago. We’re looking at a severe overall crash coming up, and it won’t be pretty.

I got out a couple years ago. The stock market just didn't seem real to me anymore. I only kept a few hundred cheap shares of a small biotech flu vaccine manufacturer, hoping to hit it big someday, like the lottery.

I also agree about the crash, have thought so for awhile. Although world economies keep chugging along somehow, it just seems like it could all come tumbling down, with just one significant event. Like a snowball rolling down a hill.
