Don't accept that the Left mean it when they say "OK we should all stop the hostility" (Again!).
For at least 50 years the Left has responded to an opponent's message by Mau-Mauing the messenger. The messenger becomes the "issue." Issues are weapons. Shoo the messenger. Frighten the opponent into submission. Submit and the Mau-Mauing and threats stop. It works every time.
It seems to be working this time as many on the Right seem to be willing to accept the Left's promise of "fairness."
Fairness to them is their opponents slaves or dead.
I’m wondering why Rush accepted such advertising. I would think EIB would do a little research before entering into a business relationship
Bet he does from this point forward. I’ve just stopped Netflix and as soon as we can, we’re dropping Capital One. I’ve written Sleep Number and have called Proflowers. Tomorrow, Sears. And that’s a shame because we like Kenmore appliances. You know, I intend to tell Sears that we prefer Kenmore too, but this time the Left has gone too far with their hate. Left some lefty living in mom’s basement spend $500.00 on one of their dishwashers.

Were they? Or were, the leftist ones like Carbonite anyway, part of the organized campaign, signing on as advertisers and then waiting for the signal to bail out and make it look worse for Rush?
Great point. I'm starting to smell a 'RAT too. I think this may have been a set up. This wasn't an accident. This was planned.
Maybe both. But the organized campaign is likely far bigger than the number of radical leftist advertisers.
Yesterday, I got an email from one such outfit: LeftAction.com (how I got on their list, I don't know). They're running a boycottRush.org campaign. A bunch of rabid, leftist weasels. I unsubscribed to the list and sent them a blistering email.
Rush has a list of companies trying to get on his show that is about the same size as the Chicago White Pages.
Radio advertising actually works and Rush is the poster boy for radio advertising.
This manufactured tizzy was orchestrated to make someone on the conservative side look bad. Rush took the bait, none of the candidates did like they were supposed to. Personally I think the script was for Santorum to make the gaffe.
This will turn out OK because I think it was supposed to be an October surprise and was sprung early. The left can pander to the minorities, the blacks and hispanics and only get 26% of the vote. Capture women and you get 51%
This issue will be history by then as gas prices, formidably bad real estate news, and Iran dominate the campaign.
Almost every tweet since March 1 is about Rush Limbaugh.

Good for you!!!! We USED to like Kenmore appliances and in 43 years of marriage have had only Kenmore at our home. Well, just last week my brand new 2 year old microwave bit the dust. Come to find out - the circuit boards on those are very common to go out. Cheaper than they were, my 3 year old washer does NOT get the clothes clean.
It’s not your dad’s Sears any more. I too will be calling and making polite but firm phone calls.

The dude that started the anti-Rush campaign belongs to Media Matters. It should be obvious to all that this was done by Media Matters.

Hey folks .... I sent an e-mail to my local radio station today to thank them for carrying the Rush show because I was certain they were coming under some pressure from the Left. The message I got back was:
“It hasn’t been easy. The opposition is very organized...but thanks.”
I guess I should not have been surprised …. but I was. This is a strong Rush market and I did not expect the station to be coming under such pressure.
If you are so inclined, PLEASE contact your local Rush radio station and let them know that you support them for carrying Rush. If you have state ‘ping’ lists, let them know this is going on. Enlist the aid of your friends and relatives living in the area …... whatever resources you have to get the message to these beleaguered radio stations, use them!

Thanks. In Indianapolis we have Rush on WIBC 93.1 I will email then and attempt to get on the Greg Garrison show on Friday during open lines to be polite but to tell Greg that I enjoy both his show and Rush and hope to see them both around for a long time to come.
