No, unfortunately they don’t. They file, even without a SS# and get a Earned Income rebate. They also use social services at a greater rate than the rest of the population.

ouch I am wrong then. Surprisingly high number. That is unsustainable. It doesn't matter what people vote for against this will have to change one way or another.
