Not quite...it seems that the information we seek was not available until fifty years after the event. That would make it 1961 + 50 years...so if the info was scrubbed before the 50 years was up, pfffft!

Would the missing roll evidence look different if it was removed prior to the 50 years as opposed to being removed later, I wonder.
