True or not it makes no difference. If Obama was white and unpopular this might be interesting but as it is it would be something like the beginning of the Roman civil wars to remove him now for this particular reason. It ain’t gonna happen.

It seems unlikely the Dems (or whomever) would allow Biden to be implicated and so it is unlikely there would be any such evidence (at least in this regard.
Even if it got out of control for them, and impeachment was initiated - albeit with no clear evidence of wrongdoing - it is most likely he would survive.
Boehner might be president before November. Monkeys might also fly out of my butt in the same time frame. I’m assigning a low probability to both events.
