True or not it makes no difference. If Obama was white and unpopular this might be interesting but as it is it would be something like the beginning of the Roman civil wars to remove him now for this particular reason. It ain’t gonna happen.

If there were a finding of law that 0bama was unqualified to be President - then Vice President Biden would serve out the balance of his term.

There is no “do over” or “hand the election to McCain” provision of the U.S. Constitution.

Only if credible evidence is presented that Biden was involved in fraudulent or criminal behavior.

It seems unlikely the Dems (or whomever) would allow Biden to be implicated and so it is unlikely there would be any such evidence (at least in this regard.

Even if it got out of control for them, and impeachment was initiated - albeit with no clear evidence of wrongdoing - it is most likely he would survive.
