For now, Obamacare is the closest our once republic can get to a certain Enabling Act of 1933.

The religious diktat from Obama/HHS is the spawn of Obamacare. It was a tactical mistake, he should have waited until after his assumed win in November to reveal the mailed fist. Unlike pubbies, the Catholic Church is not rolling over.
