The defendent and his lawyer never showed.
There was no need for the plaintiff to do or show or prove anything. In a normal world, they won by default.
But we are living in an Obozo world.
this is a tatz screw up.
take the default, don’t try and show off to the cameras.
It then falls on the defendant to set aside the default by show a meritorius defense.
