Obama has known from the beginning that he had a potential issue with fulfilling the Article 2 Section 1 'natural born Citizen' requirement.

Leo Donofrio has done an excellent job in revealing the obfuscation of Minor v Happersett that started prior to the 2008 election.

But the Obama team could not rewrite history. So how do they further hide their problem? They move to redefine the publics understanding of the definition of a 'natural born Citizen', and equate it to a 'native born citizen' - the public likes to think of themselves as understanding the issue, and therefore they very much like this new definition.

Obama knows the only way this issue can hurt him, is if the public falls behind it. He will not have a problem, unless the American people demand he leave office.

This is where the 'birthers' come in. With the new public definition of natural-born being equivalent to native-born. The focus has been removed from the real problem of Obama's father not being a US Citizen, to a false issue of where Obama was born. If you explain to someone that Obama is not eligible because his father was not a US citizen. And the founders created the NBC requirement explicitly to avoid that situation. They will not think you are crazy. But if you tell then that Obama is not eligible because you think he wsa born in Kenya, they will think you are crazy.

Just like the public likes to think they understand an issue, and that is why they prefer the native-born equivalent definition of natural born citizen, they also do not like to think that they fall into a group that others consider crazy. That is why Obama keeps the whole 'birther' (the ones that claim Obama wasn't born in Hawaii, or is not a US citizen) issue alive. Whenever it died down, he raised it back up - exp. Trump, and Ambercrombie.

Orly Taitz has done more to help Obama hide his eligibilty problems than anyone on the planet! She has done this by allowing the media to focus on the issues that the media want to focus on, the issues that allow the public to continue to think of 'birthers' as a group of crazy people that they do not want to be a part of. And to solidify Obama's redefining of 'natural born Citizen' to mean the same as native-born citizen.

Obama will not have a problem unless the general public begins to see him as ineligible. And that will not happen unless the general public starts to not see 'birthers' as not so crazy. And that is not going to happen as long as Orly is out in front, focusing on the issues that the public considers crazy.

I used to believe in Orly - until I saw her in a court room. Then I thought that maybe she just isn't a very good lawyer. But I'm starting to question that thinking. This is women smart enough to get through dental school, and law school, and pass the bar. She can not be as incompetent as she makes herself look. I'm honestly beginning to believe in the posability that she is the star player in the opposing teams lineup!

Unfortunately, the entire subject and environment is such a target rich environment that getting focused on one of the key elements is difficult.

Are either BC image or photos authentic? Almost certainly not. But unless someone is going to challenge the HDOH it is a mute point.

Was Obama born in Kenya? Not likely at all. The relationship between Stanly Ann and Obama Sr. is debunked. And the logistics are improbable.

Was he adopted by Soetoro and became an Indonesian citizen? Maybe. But that trail has been scrubbed well. But Indonesia does seem to always throw the Obots into a frenzy for some reason. It was the question of being Muslim in Indonesia that forced the Democratic blogs to release the first COLB image in June of 2008.

Did he leverage his ‘foreignness’ to attend college, thus disowning the US after age 18? Possibly. But the tell tale Oxy records have been scrubbed well.

Was his legal, acknowledged, documented father a foreigner, more specifically a British Citizen foreigner? YES. Does this disqualify him? YES. Should this be focus in state challenges? YES.

Forget Malcolm X, forget Frank Marshall Davis. There is a divorce that is on file with names and there are INS records for Senior that acknowledge the marriage and Obama II as his child. The state of Hawaii backs this scenario and it is the standing legal fact. Chasing alternative fathers is chasing ghosts and it is counter to an issue that now the absolute key focal point.

I believe all the other items above are problems or potential problems and are very like real scenarios that all create nbC or straight forward citizenship problems for Obama. But none of them will be resolved before November unless a deep insider comes out with a detailed map as too where all the bodies are buried and a detailed accounting of the facts. And the past so murky - very, very few know the entire story.

So it is time to push the scenario and issue that is winnable at the state level during the current cycle - eligibility as a natural born Citizen as defined in Minor.

For the record I believe Obama Senior is the father and he was born in Hawaii or Washington. Kenya is giant red herring that has been planted to distract IMHO. And alternate fathers will never, ever be proven without a DNA test. So why bother with this path - it is a waste of time.
