imagine if you had been using a social security number for years that was not yours. do you think they would just over look it? no. you’d be in prison.

why do we let this guy skate on it?

If the judge is smart he will find in favor of the plaintiffs and release the verdict this coming Friday after 5 pm. Giving the Obamas what they deserve.

The Judge has already stated he will issue the findings on Wednesday, Feb 1st.

I found these transcripts by doing some Google searches which led me to the Scribd.com site which was housing them. Scribd is apparently a free on-line hosting site for on-line documents and pdfs. I just now did some additional googling for fogbow and found out that thefogbow.com is one of those liberal sites that specialize in blowing smoke regarding the natural born citizen requirement in the constitution.

The “Friends of TheFogBow.com” watermark on the documents probably means that they were the ones who uploaded them to Scribd. Considering all the dirty tricks that the liberal establishment engages in, I would read these with a caution that it would have been possible for them to have made modifications *beyond adding the watermarks) in them. Somebody with more expertise than me in document forensics would be able to analyze them to detect modifications.

Or better yet, wait until someone more trustworthy such as the Plaintiffs’ attorneys upload them until you consider them “gospel”.

Yes, he was on the ballot before fraudulently.

Submitted into evidence was the 2008 RNC Presidential Primary nomination papers stating that the Republican was constitutionally eligible and the 2008 DNC Presidential primary nomination papers with that statement missing.

So, they never acknowledged that he was constitutionally eligible to run back in 2008. Wouldn’t that be beneficial in determining the case?

(1) All rulings, orders, and notices issued by the Administrative Law Judge, all pleadings and motions, all recordings or transcripts of oral hearings or arguments, all written direct testimony, all other data, studies, reports, documentation, information, and other written material of any kind submitted in the proceedings, a statement of matters officially noticed, all proposed findings of fact, conclusions of law, and briefs, as well as the Initial or Final Decision shall be a part of the hearing record and shall be available to the public, except as provided by law according confidentiality.

It seems to me that it's only a matter of finding them. I see no mention of any fees.

I wish this could get some MSM coverge but they’d probably slant it as crazed birther people.

Did you read what these supposed lawyers actually did to Orly Taitz and many other people seeking documents or information regarding eligibility? Who are these people?

Wouldn't that be considered against the law, falsifying documents especially a birth certificate and/or falsifying reports.

I guess it’s even worse than I thought! There are infiltrators in more places than I thought! Lawyers for that matter that are not even part of the government trying to stop any attempt to obtain any information to shed light on our President. Instead they feel they are Patriots by keeping us from finding out.

Maybe they should put their Patriotic good behind the American people rather than against us and help us seek out this information, not taint it with false information. I’m really disappointed!
