Goodness, how can one not notice the arrogance? Those pictures of posed arrogance are similar to ones of Hitler and Il Duce during their hayday, i.e., the upturned head, the smirk, or whatever, the self-idolizing posture. They just scream, “I’m waiting for your adulation/idolatry.”
Reminds me of the mug shots in the local newspaper of three teenagers recently arrested in our area. I wonder: WHY do people hold their chins up that high? I was taught to look folks in the eye; not to look down on people...
