Anyone Not Supporting Newt in Florida Is Casting ObamaCare Socialism in Stone

Mittens' campaign admitted yesterday they have
no intention of repealing ObamaCare...

Romney to Santorum: 'nothing to get angry about' (!)
_______________________________________________________________

TEA Party REALITY CHECK:

If Mitt Romney wins the Florida primary next Tuesday, he almost certainly WILL be the Republican nominee for president.  Many conservatives -like myself- have been fighting this tooth-and-nail ever since it became apparent the GOP establishment was lining-up behind the grinning chameleon. But the biggest problem for us was a lingering doubt he would ever repeal ObamaCare... an imperative hot-button issue for many on the TEA Party right.

Frankly, Mitt is lying when he says he will 'on the first day' (can presidents repeal legislation in one day...?): RomneyCare is the template for ObamaCare... there is preciously little daylight between them, and he's never made any amends for that monstrosity, has he.

You've probably seen the clips where Romney mentions 'saving the good parts' of ObamaCare- that's not repeal!  And now lo-and-behold, we have a Romney staffer coming right out and saying they just plan to tweak it instead.

But as Gingrich said in debate, O'Care was 'rushed through, was never reconciled, cannot be implemented... and is wrecking this economy.'  Any unrepentant statist like Romney not willing to start with a clean slate on HC -rather than casting Obumbles' signature 'achievement' in stone- has no business running  for president on the GOP ticket: we must reject the 'new normal' where  Obama's far-left lurch has taken us, as American normality as I've know it has nothing to do with establishing freedom-snuffing bureaucratic money-holes like ObamaCare.... this pig HAS GOT TO GO.

Despite his best debate so far, Santorum at this point is only helping Romney... yet polls show most of his people would break towards Gingrich if he dropped-out. He simply has no money or organisation outside Florida, where the best he can hope for is 3rd in a winner-take-all primary- in other words, nothing.  Santorum voters would do us all a service to realize their candidate is finished after the Sunshine State one way or the other, and the only actual strategic effect their vote can have is help Romney... or stop him. Which is it going to be?

Rick Santorum has already left the campaign trail 'to do his taxes', and the Miami Herald says he's 'tired and broke'.  It does look like he's likely to be withdrawing from the race, regardless of ongoing statements to the contrary. Will he endorse Newt this weekend?  Will Sarah Palin at last step-up to the plate with a real endorsement?  Or at least another 'stop Mitt' plea?

Is there a scenario in which Romney wins Florida, yet Newt can still stage a comeback?  I sure don't see it... although I sure would hope Gingrich would continue to bring the fight, it would be tough.

And hey... even if you want Santorum to continue, ONLY a vote for Newt keeps the contest open... that's just the reality we face today.  If you don't want Romney to wrap it up next week, the only thing you can do to stop him is VOTE FOR NEWT GINGRICH, Florida... it seems only you can save us from ObamaCare now.

I hope Santorum realizes it is hopeless and cuts the promise of a Cabinet post nomination under President Newt instead.

He may be siphoning more votes away from Romney than from Newt at this point. His attacks against Romney seemed pretty sharp tonight.

Perhaps but polling says Santorum voters won’t vote for Romney:

“If Rick Santorum drops out between now and next Tuesday, Gingrich will be the beneficiary. His voters prefer Gingrich over Romney 50-23, and in a field where he’s no longer a candidate Newt’s lead expands to 43-36.”

What’s the delegate count so far and what percent of total needed? This is not over yet.

FR has jumped the shark. Too much doom and gloom around here. Whiners, crybabies, and quitters.

In my case I’m just sounding the alarm... a lot of states more favorable to Romney coming up next week you know.

Newt is NO quitter... and neither am I. But Gingrich leads the delegate count I believe...

Romney has shown that he can whittle Newt's lead down with lies and money and once we get to the convention, it might be more useful to have two armies soldily opposing Mitt as opposed to one. There's also a chance that Newt will fall before the convention. If that happens, we'll need Santorum there to step in and take his place.

To any of the North East retirees living in Florida who vote for Romney: I won’t shed one tear for you when the death panels decide your lives aren’t worth wasting resources to save. To be blunt, if you vote for Romney and what he represents, they’re not.

I think:

Newt = 32
Mitt = 31

I’M IN FL AND I’M VOTING FOR NEWT. I can tell you that the crowds Newt gets are 20 times what Eddie Haskell gets.

To clarify: By voting for Romney, they’re making their bed. They can sleep in it...
