The greatest threat facing mankind is corruption, dishonesty, greed, and lust for power and control over other men.
I agree, but it’s also sad when the truth about it is unpopular, or people get their share of flak for telling it how it is. I remember when Bill Cosby mentioned how abortion, unwed mothers, and a lack of decent role models were ruining life for racial minorities, however, the sad part is, this trend is pretty much rampant nowadays all over the place, and your token female celebrities practically cheer being the single unwed mother, or having that Hollywood marriage that in some cases, doesn’t even last a week, like the Vegas marriage. Yeah, it’s disturbing, but it goes to figure that I will do my best and figure that in the end, whomever gets the actual family values of Jesus correct, will all have to make the choice between good and evil, and the bad, will only be getting uglier along the way.
It all essentially boils down to a lack of God and, by extension, a lack of morality, and it’s getting exponentially worse with each generation.
I believe that is why we are doomed as a species. We don’t need asteroids, or volcanoes, or disease, or space aliens, or anything of the sort.
We carry the seeds of our destruction in our souls, or lack thereof.
