Newt Wins South Carolina--But All I Got Is This ZOT!
ResCon1.com ^ | Jan. 22, 2012 | John R. Guardiano

What are we to make of Newt’s win in South Carolina? Several things, I think...

1. Newt is a winner... 2. Newt is a fighter... 3. Newt can blow it...

There, [in South Carolina], in one night, and within the span of only one hour, we saw the two sides of Newt: We saw the good Newt who can win this thing and, in so doing, “fundamentally transform American politics,” as he would say.

But we also saw the bad Newt, the undisciplined and unfocused Newt: the Newt who too often tries to wing it and fails.

I’m rooting for the good Newt, but I fear the bad Newt.

I liked Newts references to Saul Alinsky!

THAT'S what Newt did wrong.

He brought up Saul Alinsky when 90% of the public think Saul Alinsky is a heavily seasoned appetizer.

I like Newt best, but he went on too long afterward last night; reoeating the 7 Lincoln-Douglas style debates with der reader & his teleprompter is becoming redundant. Mister NOOT needs to stir a little “brevity is the soul of wit” into his performances. Make America want to hear more without his vaccinated with a phonograph needle presentations.

It amazes me how people can pick up on a statement and then use it as a manta. We have been hearing “bad Newt, good Newt” for sometime now. And it is creaping in to usual statments, like “I just hope we don’t get the bad Newt”, because they sure don’t want to be seen as ignorant on the topic. Thought control is real and isn’t particularly easy to combat. We have to remember that it is important that we ask the question... What did Newt do that was bad?

And he rambled on incoherently about Saul Alinsky — a man unknown to the vast majority of the voting public.

And that is precisely why we need Newt as the nominee. The other three candidates, like most of America, have no idea who Saul Alinsky was. What an outrage! And one that Newt will address, because he is going to educate the country on who Alinsky was and on why his disciples, like Obama, are a existential threat to our Republic.

The author didn’t like Newt’s unprepared victory speech.
_________________________________________________________

I was watching the speech with my wife (35+ years) we liked the fact he reacted to what the crowd was saying rather than reading a prepared speech like a robot, he was LISTENING and RESPONDING to the people something the pundits have no clue about.

Speaker Gingrich understand exactly who Saul Alinsky was, because Speaker Gingrich was the first major target of a Saul Alinsky personal destruction campaign by democrats and the media working together as an attack squad.

Gingrich knows Alinsky better than anyone else on our side of the aisle, which is probably why he’s so effective in debates.

He’s learned the subject in real life. Immersion, as they say.

We need more like Gingrich. And more of his tactics.

Take the smack down Gingrich just won the SC primary with, then multiply it by 100 over the course of a year.

By then, the left is going to start tiring of Alinsky. :D

Yep... just like fast food and the microwave take too long. We don’t want to have to sit through his speech. Lets get on with the sound bites, Snap, snap, snap. Sorry, I for one, wanted to hear more of what he had to say! It was great to hear more than an 1 minute answer.

This gets the “dumbest post of the day award.” Not criticizing the poster just the message. It makes no sense.

And there is Romney already coming out negative and personal against Newt when it didn’t work before.

After watching their twin implosions in SC, no one with an ounce of sense can think Romney or Stantroum are viable general election candidates. Both of them would be dead meat facing the 0bama political/media machine.

Newt is not a good shot, he just happens to be our best shot at taking out the 0 regime propaganda machine. I would rather the political Right at leave have a shot at winning this year

Introducing the name Saul Alinsky to an otherwise unknowing public is a good thing. <<

I thought the same thing!!!......thats a Big Shot across the bow!!!.......The “unknowing public” is gonna be curious.....The choice is gonna be....America or Amerikia....

Amerika is a type of civilization, not a place.

Comprised of equal parts liberal anarchism and commercial fascism, this type of civilization uses “freedom” and “equality” to create a society without standards, values or ideals.

The ensuing social chaos demands a strong force of control, found in commerce, media and government. Commerce ropes citizens into debt and jobs, media fills their heads with illusions, and government enforces profitable laws.

What results is a destruction of all culture and even self-reliance, instead producing a society of identical neurotic drones who depend on government, entertainment and social approval like a nursing calf.

The Amerikan type of civilization, anarcho-totalitarianism, is the end result of us reversing our thought process. We gave up on leadership and goals, and instead are following whims and social trends.

I’ve been for Newt all along, but he does have problems that are not related to his past, his polices, or his principles. It is EXACTLY as the person said here, sometimes, when he wings it, he says things that just rub people the wrong way. He is usually correct, but sometimes things come out of his mouth like a bomb. Nothing wrong in pointing out a persons flaws, but that said, no need to keep bringing them up. I just hope Newt is open minded enough to allow others to help him deal with some of his personality issues.
