As I stated, 8% was conservative. It was based on the assumption that a lot of women would lie to pollsters and/or their husbands and tell them they were voting for Gingrich, then vote for someone else. Obviously, the results show this number was
over estimated.
But my sourced did say it wouldn't even be close and they were right.

I also thought that anything above 3 or 4% would be a good night for Newt.
