Low-informed voters voting against their own self-interest. This is the typical DUmmie view of us rethuglican voters:

There really ought to be a poll test.

One question on it should be “Do you have a right to my stuff? Yes No”

This reminds me of a scene in Roots where one of the other slaves was trying to stop Toby from running away. He tried to convince him by telling him how ‘good master was... master feeds him, gives him clothes, and puts a roof over his head...’

I marvel at their projection?Do they not realize that every time it is them who start name calling and it is their progressive policies that destroy the middle class?Talk about stupid....

“Low-informed voters voting against their own self-interest. This is the typical DUmmie view of us rethuglican voters: “

They shamelessly admit that they vote for whoever would give them the most gravy. They vote for the politician who would take the most money from others (who worked for it) and give it to them (who deserve it). They are scornfully, disgustingly arrogant.

Disdain for the educational system: The roots for this come from public high schools, which due to liberal tinkering, stopped teaching core topics, and instead started dedicating days to GLBT empowerment, banning guys dressing as cheerleaders (unless they want to be cheerleaders), providing rides to abortion clinics, oh, yeah, and churning out ‘graduates’ who couldn't even count the change from a purchase.

‘Oooh, can't wait to go to university...’ and soak up $50,000 in college loans JUST to reach the educational level of the average Japanese high schooler. Oh, and 4 more years of indoctrination into liberal ideology, with outright hatred given towards any conservative opinion.

Why would someone who aims higher for his family vote Republican? Because the liberal plan is to make a servant class. The bottom 10 percent are the fluff - people you pay to stay away. The next 40 percent are the servants, the ones who provide the burnt coffee and clean the tables and whatnot. The next 20 percent are the ‘educated’, those who have completed at least two ‘alternate studies’ courses and been fully indoctrinated into the liberal ideology. It is from them that they draw the next twenty percent - the workers - those who serve in government employment, more than anything handling the needs of the first ten percent. And finally, you've the rulers, the top ten percent, who fund campaigns, get out and encourage the workers to vote. From these they draw their own leaders and candidates, as the whole going from the bottom to the top thing shatters their system.

So a family has two choices - get put into a slot by the liberals where they will live out their days, and their children will follow, or challenge the liberals and take back the system from them. It is happening by inches, but it is happening, mostly because the liberal system has created an abundance of those they trained to be workers in government, and run out of money to pay for them. So they sit there with their ‘high’ degrees in ‘women's studies’ and whine that they've got 500k in debt and no future.

I really feel for them sometimes. A decade of swallowing the propaganda, and finding out that there's no pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

people whose very life is precariously balancing on a high wire choose to vote for those who persistently destroy American life for the poor and middle class, and ensure they never get out of the hole.

Thus sayeth the lemming among these DUmmies...

Exactly! They don’t even believe what they’re saying, because if someone does vote in their economic “best interest”, they call them greedy, and if they vote based on principles over money, then they’re “voting against their own best interests”, so of course what they really mean is “why won’t they vote to give me free stuff while I sodomise, smoke dope, etc”

“HOW did poor and middle class Republicans come to regard education as elitist? WHEN did education become something to be despised”

Oh, this is rich. I just read this article before coming to this thread.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/business/not-all-college-majors-are-created-equal/2012/01/12/gIQAfz4XzP_story.html

“EDUCATION” is a buzzword these days. Beware. Some - too much - education is virtually worthless - including “education” majors. Most of it is dumbed-down - do you really think “womens’ studies” and “black studies” and “gay studies” is worthwhile at all? Or really worth 4+ years?

This is why many of us scoff at the mere term “education”.

I’m a Federal employee, so I suppose I’m “voting against my own interest’ if you look at it narrowly. A Republican Congress has to voted to raise the amount I am required to pay for a pension and slashed transit subsidies.

But you know what? So what—I’ll live. i’m hardly underpaid, and there’s a huge deficit. I’d rather make a bit less now than live my golden years in a country that has become a socialist poorhouse and leave that legacy to my son.

It seems to “vote my interest”, I have to vote for the taxpayers to give me every benefit in the world, regardless what it does to the country. I think that’s just immoral.

It isn't in my self interest to live in a totalitarian socialist state or consign my kids and grandkids to one.

The dummies can only see the chrome on the bumper, they aren't concerned with the engine and transmission.

Every day I marvel at how poor and middle class Republicans vote against their self-interests. . . .

Maybe its because I'm not interested in taking what my wealthier neighbors have to make myself feel better.

I work with a lot of young people, many who will be voting for the first time this year. There are 2 things I tell them to keep in mind when they are considering for whom to vote:
  1. Liberals lie
  2. Liberalism is at the root of all our problems.
Both of these quite naturally lead to deeper discussions.

Following the DUmmies philosophy, it would be in the farmers' best interest to eat their seed corn this year and rely on the government to provide it next year.

DUmmy kctim was surprisingly rational. I don't expect him to last for long before he is swallowed up by DU's infernal flaming parallel to our admins' holy zot.
