Mormonism is no more or less of a cult than any other religion. With all due respect, I beg to differ. Mormonism was founded by a man, Joseph Smith who claimed to have had visions. Islam was founded by a man, Mohammad who claimed to have had visions. Christianity was founded by Christ himself. Not equivalent in my way of thinking.

I agree with you. I am a Christian but don’t believe that only Christians have a right to believe in a God. Mormons are free to believe what they want. Attacking a candidate because of his religion wouldn’t look so great to Christians if their candidate was attacked simply for being a Christian.
