Obama's recent "recess" appointments made to the NLRB are now being questioned for their constitutionality by 3 major labor organizations.

I have heard absolutely nothing from the Senate about this. Even the Democrats should be screaming that the President has no right to thumb his nose at the Senate like this, let alone the Republicans.

I’m sure they’ve said a few polite words, but if so it has barely made the news media, or even the blogs.

Why isn’t the Senate acting on this?
