LOL!
I have to keep them in their own special room to keep their ambient humidity/temps stable and constant.
[and if there’s an escape, I don’t want big Boas running through the house, willy-nilly]...;D
Right now, it’s somewhat of a “make do” arrangement.
This summer I’m converting a spare bedroom upstairs into their permanent room.
I hope to make the Boas built-in 12 x 8 x 3 wall habitats with branches and soaking pools....:)
The Pythons will get racks on the remaining 2 walls.
The freezer that holds their food will be up there instead of out in the shop and hopefully, I’ll be needing an incubator, too.
You realize I now have a permanent picture of you, curled up in bed, doing your hobby and watching tv....with a boa constrictor curled up at your feet, don’t you?
Heehehee
When I wuz a ute, there was an older kid in the ‘hood who kept snakes in his basement. He later got a job at the Zoo, doing same.
