I don’t have a list, but if you’re referring to OTC meds, include Sudafed.

Drugs can raise blood pressure in varied ways and the list of drugs that could do this is quite extensive. A person’s unique biochemistry plays an important role, too. What may elevate your BP might not mine. It would be better to cross-check specific drugs that are in question for potential side effects or contraindications. Best to consult with pharmacist or physician or even research the drug monograph yourself.
If your blood pressure has gone up unexpectedly you might be sick. My doctor always can tell the difference between a virus and a bacteria in me because with the bacterial infection my blood pressure goes up.
My surgeon didn't know this and put down my soaring BP to stress. Well I was stressed but I was also sick!
When I finally went to my GP he basically said "Yikes!" and sent me home with a z-pak. Next time I went in BP was back to normal-low.
So have yourself checked out especially if you are not taking anything new.
