I’m shocked that CBS ran this story.

Certainly Obama’s cronies in these companies benefited personally from these government funds and I would not be surprised are paid large bonuses as well. Compare this to to the Obama administration’s response to legitimate businesses who pay their executives as well...they are branded greedy capitalists.

Deliberately targeting failing companies for our money.

Objective: waste as much money as possible.

Objective met.

Attitude: "So what? What are you going to do about it?"

People are more concerned about who's going to win American idol than obama giving money to his friends. In a few years they will be screaming about being a slave to the government because of high taxes. Not only does the media favor leftist, they keep the masses busy watching things that don't really matter.

Solar Winter could be worse than we thought

Snip: The big item was First Solar’s plan to gradually exit subsidized solar markets completely.

The transition also signals First Solar’s belief that the economics of the solar industry are permanently out of whack.

More solar firms set to burn up

Snips:

Only four years ago, hundreds of start-ups optimistically built factories and churned out solar panels to meet rising demand. Now, closures and failure loom for many.

In the U.S. though, conditions are worsening - and not just because of the threat of a cheap gas supply.

I’ve seen these serial bankruptcies reported individually. Good to see someone finally starting to put it together.

And every company involved is a left-wing Obama crony or donor.

The big story is the USA is being looted on purpose. All the big money looters know the USA economy will collapse & there will be a long depression. The economies in Europe & elsewhere are already collapsing.

The USA is spending more money than it is receiving. The USA is paying some bills with ‘borrowed’ money. It doesn’t work for people & it doesn’t work for countries.

The collapse is arithmetic certain. The rule of 72 can be applied to determine income growth under different scenarios. The same rule can be used to determine the growth of debt to the point where the payment on the debt itself exceeds total income & there is NO money for daily bills. The USA is on track to have its entire budget going to pay only >debt. The collapse will happen before then. Prepare for that in the future.

No one in political power is currently willing to stop the spending. & History has shown that it is >impossible for a country to tax itself into prosperity.
