Longtime PBS news commentator Bill Moyers said Friday that billionaire George Soros has “been the victim, of course, of Glenn Beck and the right-wing, the Fox News assassins.”

Moyers is a former member of the board of directors of Soros’ Open Society Institute. He is in Soros’ pocket, bought and paid for. Moyers other source of funding is the American taxpayer. Anything that comes out of Moyers’ mouth is suspect.

Moyers knows how that works.. I believe he is responsible for the infamous little-girl-with-the-daisy-atomic-bomb anti-Goldwater ad.

"'PEACE LITTLE GIRL (DAISY)' The most famous of all campaign commercials, known as the 'Daisy Girl' ad, ran only once as a paid advertisement, during an NBC broadcast of Monday Night at the Movies on September 7, 1964. Without any explanatory words, the ad uses a simple and powerful cinematic device, juxtaposing a scene of a little girl happily picking petals off of a flower (actually a black-eyed Susan), and an ominous countdown to a nuclear explosion. The ad was created by the innovative agency Doyle Dane Bernbach, known for its conceptual, minimal, and modern approach to advertising. The memorable soundtrack was created by Tony Schwartz, an advertising pioneer famous for his work with sound, including anthropological recordings of audio from cultures around the world. The frightening ad was instantly perceived as a portrayal of Barry Goldwater as an extremist. In fact, the Republican National Committee spelled this out by saying, 'This ad implies that Senator Goldwater is a reckless man and Lyndon Johnson is a careful man.' This was precisely the intent; in a memo to President Johnson on September 13, Bill Moyers wrote, 'The idea was not to let him get away with building a moderate image and to put him on the defensive before the campaign is old.' The ad was replayed in its entirety on ABC’s and CBS’s nightly news shows, amplifying its impact."

And, therein lies the real problem Soros has with Glenn Beck. Beck connected the dots, and a lot of people had their eyes opened as to he extent of Soros' influence in so many "good causes".

We can't have people knowing the extent of George Soros' tentacles.

Yep, Bill Moyers is a real journalist and advocate for all viewpoints, the George Stephanopoulos of his day. This is what he said in an interview with PBS' Tavis Smiley in May of 2011;

MOYERS: I don't think we're living up to that charter that Lyndon Johnson proclaimed, no, I don't. The conservatives have won to this extent: too many people in public television and public radio are looking over their shoulders fearing that the Right is after them. We don't really have a Left in this country. There is no organized Left that comes after journalists the way that the Right comes after journalists who offer a different alternative. This is an old story, Tavis. Richard Nixon and Pat Buchanan, his communications director, tried to do in public broadcasting back in the early ’70s when they accused us of being liberal when in fact we were just offering an alternative view of reality – something they don’t want.
