I think the only disagreement I have with you is the term "vulture capitalist". I see nothing wrong with buying companies and either turning them around or selling off the pieces to make a profit. It is not a business owner's responsibility to provide lifetime employment.

I do believe Romney would be a disaster if he's the nominee. As my wife says, "we didn't want him over that goof McCain, so what's changed?"

I think the moderate Pubs figure the "independents" will help get him elected. I don't think so. obama and the media will make him out to be an elitist money grubber who only destroys jobs. The social conservatives will not be enthusiastic and at least 12% of the base has indicated they won't vote for Romney no matter what.

In the end our candidate has to give the public a reason to vote for him in addition to voting against obama.
