"Michele Bachmann is Glenn Close From Fatal Attraction"
Franky Boy was caught on camera.
Rick Perry is George Bush without the intellect.
And then, once he was caught and realized there were cameras, he gives a great little remark to the guy that was recording it:
Take your suit and go. This is a private conversation!
Something tells me these two opinionsas well as the ego are quite common at Faux News.
I’ve always heard of this for years. Luntz is both diva and bully at the same time. An insightful sweet talker one minute, a total jerk the next. Kind of like comedian George Lopez...nice on camera, a real b***ch off camera.
Luntz’s know-it-all persona is getting old (like Karl Rove and Dick Morris). After a while, it comes off as an act.
But the thing about these guys is they gravitate towards candidates they think are winners -- and have contempt for those they regard as losers.
It's not really an ideological bias.
If Luntz thought Perry or Bachmann was a great candidate with real potential to win, he'd be speaking differently about them, even if the candidates' ideological positions stayed exactly what they are.
His claim to fame was calling the 94' win, and his book on using the right words.
He should have read his own book before this "private" conversation...
Never liked him . I always hit the mute button when I see his hair piece .
I think he does some of the most interesting segments on FOX News. I haven’t noticed him being biased for Romney. He’s been very friendly to Newt from what I saw. He is most definitely biased towards Republicans or is a Republican, he has shown the “tell” on that often enough. People should be allowed to do Jay Leno-style jokes in private without being judged negatively. I’m not threatened by confident, smart people so I never have reason to use the term “know-it-all.” If someone’s stupid or wrong, I just call them stupid or wrong.
Thanks very much for posting. I’ve always been suspicious of Luntz. He did a good job airing/moderating the Thanksgiving weekend internet only candidates debate. My estimation of him and all the candidates (Romney wasn’t there)went up afterwards. Now, he nosedives to a record low, where I could care less if I ever see the creep again. It seems as if everything is a scam run by scumbags and socialists.

I am so angry I could chew nails. All day long, FOX News and Radio Stations have complained about how poor Romney is being treated by Gingrich and Perry. Hypocrits! The way Romney trashed Palin last election and how he using his minions to trash the other candidates this time around and pretending he’s clean, puke. I always figured if Romney was to win the nomination, I would hold my nose and vote for him. Not now. Not ever.
Thanks shield.
I heard Luntz on Hannity offering a 10 thousand dollar painting by some obscure artist as a prize to some lucky volunteer who signed up to be one of his focus group participants.
Talk about violating standards of random sampling and neutrality.
Just what group responds to the possibility of getting an original by said obscure but famous artist? Obscure to the hoi polloi; famous to those who follow such things.
That particular method is a joke, joke, joke.
Michele is one of the most principled people on the scene today and one of the toughest. That’s a good thing. She’d still make a terrific President.
Your thoughts mirror my own view of Frank. First I thought he was interesting...now I’m down to flipping the channel when he’s on the tv. He kinda gives me the willies being so smarmy...not to mention...usually wrong.
And Frank Luntz is the fat kid in “Stand By Me.”
But she couldn’t run a Girl Scout troop. Her organizational skills and comprehension of what her staff is doing is nil.
Too many examples from local talk show hosts that would start coordinating with her staff to be on shows, host events, visit sites, etc. They speak of how things just fell apart and changed with no notice. One being Phil Valentine on WTN in Nashville.
Romney has gone after the other candidates but Fox just gives him a pass. And then there is the reliable MSM -- Mitt "won" another debate. It's all phony-baloney.
Misfire: Romney Ad Targets Rick Perry's Jobs Record "I think it's safe to say the Romney campaign is going for the kill with its latest attack on Rick Perry. The former Massachusetts Governor has already gotten a fair amount of mileage out of attacking his Texan rival from the left on Social Security, and from the right on immigration, but this new spot strikes at the heart of the Perry campaign's raison detre -- jobs, jobs, jobs:
This guy showed his cards after the Nevada debate. Its disappointing more people didn’t smell this rat when he “polled” his studio audience. Pardon the pun.
