Really, that whole “Fair warning” album rocks. Language alert on it, though.

I love Yes, but it's a bit complex for a work out.
Here's some I like for work outs (politics of the performers not considered).
Grace Potter and the Neanderthals “Paris”
Tom Petty “Runnin down a dream" and “You wreck me”.
Pearl Jam “I am mine”.
The Beatles “Get back”
If I was picking some Yes for a workout I might go with something off of Relayer, or maybe South Side of the Sky.
