What songs motivate you to move?
Today was the first day I worked out and it was, surprisingly, ok....
I made a deal with myself that I wouldn’t push myself too hard. I’m the turtle, not the hare.
I felt bad because I was sweating within 5 minutes on the treadmill and then I thought...but that’s GOOD.... sweating.
I actually LIKED the cycle.
I did some arm work....or lat work... or splat work :)....some rowing.
I’m a complete novice and they don’t have people to show you ... so I lowered my glasses and read the instructions....
Finally got a chance to listen to all the great tunes...and got pinged to another thread as well.
I’ll leave you with a tune that sums up my life and THANKS AGAIN!

Long been my standard for working out: Judas Priest’s “Unleashed in the East”
Might be showing my age with these, but WTH:

Pleased to announce that I didn’t quit. I’ve been going every other day.
I like the recumbent bike best.
Getting about 40 minutes in every day doing various things... but mostly elliptical.
Still welcoming song ideas.
I first heard the song “Sail” by AwolNation when watching this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TWfph3iNC-k
I find it catchy and inspirational, despite its rather poor lyrics.
