Time was that we were a Nation of Laws. If you broke the law, were caught, stood trial and found guilty, and then you went to jail.

Regulation by faceless Regulators is a MUCH faster way to extract money that is not taxation from productive people. The Rule of Law had a much lower rate of non-tax extortion from the serfs to The Man in The Big House at 1600 Plantation Avenue.
Congress loves this regulation-is-much-better-than-laws system, because the regulators ink the words that carry the teeth of the Federal Jack-Boot behind them.
The pOTUS loves the system, because he can make speeches on how HE is “helping” the ever-increasingly poorer Middle Class.
Key to understanding the difficulty of why is will be so difficult to “beat” Obama, is to realize that a Dictator only has the power that the American people allow him to have.
For example, Dictator Obama has been given 1 Billion dollars from donars on Wall Street. He used his Corporate Jet (AF One) to raise this money to beat down Wall Street just as soon as he is re-elected. (Is Wall Street really suck on stupid?)
Yesterday a new sub-Dictator was created to head the Whatever-you-consume-I-will-make-sure-that-if-you-do-not-pay-tribute-to-me-you-will-not-be-allowed-to-buy-it Socialist Bureau.
