Lawsuit Filed Against Hawaii Department of Health on Behalf of Duncan Sunahara
Lawsuit against the Hawaii Department of Health has been filed by Hawaii Attorney Gerald Kurashima on behalf of Duncan Sunahara, Virginia Sunahara's brother. The case has been assigned to Judge Nishimura. Dean Haskins of the Birther Summit will be making a public announcement about this case very soon. Stay tuned for further updates.

HDOH Denies Having Birth Record for Virginia Sunahara
Virginia Sunahara was born on Aug 4, 1961 and died the next day. Her death was announced in both theHonolulu Advertiser and the Star-Bulletin. Her name is in both the 1960-64 birth index and 1960-64death index.But when I asked for a non-certified copy of her abbreviated birth certificate the HDOH told me thatthey have no records responsive to my request. On previous requests for other COLB I had been told that I could not get a copy because I did not have a direct and tangible interest. But in this case they flat-out told me they don't have a birth record for Virginia. Even though their birth index says they do.

Either the HDOH lied about having no records for her, or they queried her name and the computer no longer has that record under her name, even though it was under her name when they printed the 1960-64 birth index sometime around March of 2010. What happened to Virginia's birth record? Was the name on it changed to Barack Hussein Obama II so he could have her BC#? The HDOH needs to be audited, to find out what has happened with Sunahara's birth record. Here is the HDOH’s claim that they have no birth record for a girl listed on their birth index:

Was he talking about a birth certificate or a hospital certificate? The hospital certificate is given to the parents as they leave the hospital and it is not valid for anything. It is more of a souvenir. Would he know the difference? Alot of people get them confused.
“A nurse or clerk in the hospital fills in the certificate form and gets the mother to sign it. Then the attending physician enters certain medical data and affixes his signature. Finally, the hospital sends the completed certificate to the local registrar.”
Because if they did, the local registrar, V.K.L. LEE would have signed it and sent it to the HDOH. It might have been in the name of TOMIYO if infant Sunahara had not been named yet.
There’s no way I can answer that.

I dont know about Hawaii but many states require an amended death certificate to correct names or even just spelling of a name. Cross outs don’t appear to be legal.

Not necessarily. From the 1955 article
“in Honolulu, the local registrar is a full-time employee within the Bureau of Health Statistics.”
In this case, I believe they are talking about Honolulu County.
We know that Obama’s BC was filed on August 8th and Virginia’s on August 10th. If there are four registrars in Honolulu County, there is a one in four chance that Ms. Lee did Virginia’s. The Nordyke’s filed on August 11th have a different registrar.

We also know that the Nordyke twins were assigned the numbers 10637 and 10638, and their certificates were processed on August 11, 1961. Virginia Sunahara’s birth certificate states that it was processed on August 10, 1961, but the number it was assigned is 443 higher than the Nordyke twin whose certificate was stamped with the number 10637.”

What I’ve found in the past aster doing a restore and having to recreate all of my mailboxes or a single specific one is to create a new mailbox with the exact same name as the previously saved one and then copy the old one from the saved folders into the new mailbox.
This process of creating a ‘new’ empty mailbox does create an empty but accessable mailbox addressable by Outlook Express. Later COPYING the old desired mailbox into the current Outlook Express mailboxex replacing the identically named mailbox will allow one to handle the old mailbox as if it was created by the current Outlook Express install.
I have used this technique MANY times over the years due to the OS partion being corrupted and needing to be ‘restored’.
I started placing my Outlook Express ‘store’ folder onto a different drive to lesson the chance of losing my old emails when the ‘C’ driced becomes unusable and needing restoration. In that case, I simply copy the entire saved stores into whatever folder I have set OE to use. I also copy my old stores folder into a specialave’ folder to keep a backup handy.
