Then, in the face of overwhelming evidence that Obama isn't eligible, a 'Rat Senate will be openly complicit in crapping on our Constitution. I don't think even most Democrats will want that on their record. Team Obama will be entering a cut and paste collage as a certified document in a court of law. That's going to take a brass pair.

This is a hearing, and I guess the Judge doesn't have to decide it on this day, but he could. If Team Obama can't bring a legitimate document on the first “go round”, I guess he's out of luck. He may have recourse to get the other sealed documents at a later date.

But the problem is basic for Obama. The truth may come out, and its different than his document that he has used to mock American citizens.

That was a nice order to read. Thanks for posting it. I love that it is spelled out nice and clearly that ANY elector has “STANDING” in the state’s courts under their election statutes.

I really hope to God the courts are up to speed regarding the language of the Constitution’s stated requirement of the President being a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN and/or that those who have filed this suit are focusing on that issue. Do you happen to have a link to the original filing in the suit? I’m curious to read more about what complaints/reasoning has been discussed thus far in this specific case.
