Armchair 20/20. The holocaust was not advertised to the American people, but was discovered as we kicked over the rocks in Hitler Land. An honest study of the holocaust may reveal complicity and complacency on a world wide scale.
It is disconcerting to think Ron Paul would, if and when aware of mass genocide against innocent people, would merely twiddle his thumbs or have us do the same. I do not think that is a fair assessment of his moral compass. The question is, given the restraints of a limited, Constitutional government, what would be the proper course? First would be to identify and snuff out agressors before we even got to the point of a holocaust. Quite possibly George Soros would fit into that category these days - unless of course he is just another one of those whacko conspiracy theories neo-cons love to selectively sniff out.
Come to think of it, Ron Paul has generated more conspiracy theories about himself than his followers ever dreamed of. Take a look at Red State, where every word and phrase on Ron Paul is interpreted as if he is plotting an overthrow. The whole site reads like one gigantic conspiracy theory. The words "kook," "insane," blah blah blah gaining wide acceptance without question, your post notwithstanding.
