With less than 48 hours until Iowans kick off the GOP caucuses, a crowd of California lawmakers have joined Steve Forbes, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal and other supporters making a final push for Texas Gov. Rick Perry.
California Assemblymembers Dan Logue, Shannon Grove, Brian Jones and Curt Hagman have all hit the ground in the Hawkeye State Iowa Monday, ready for duty.
Logue, in a phone interview, just told us that Iowa is going to do well for Perry and this is just the first step of many steps.

"....Perry hits three cities today on his last major trip across Iowa, ending tonight in - fittingly - a town called Perry. He's traveling with flat-tax proponent Steve Forbes, friend and decorated former Navy Seal Marcus Luttrell, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback, Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, Congressman Sam Graves [Missouri], Congressman Mick Mulvaney [South Carolina], Comptroller Susan Combs and country music singer Larry Gatlin."...

Perry and you Krishnas make me sick. You've done nothing but attack everyone in front of you. From Gingrich to Bachmann to Cain to Santorum.
And you wonder why Perry can't gain any traction.

Really, he’s only one of the three. He’s an idiot. You’re right on that point. How can anybody come to a different conclusion after watching his debate performances?

It's amazing how the "idiot" runs the best "jobs" state in the country; a state with the 13th largest economy in the world. And he wins cases against the Feds and prevails in cases before the Supreme Court. Every state should elect "idiots" like Rick Perry. In fact, hows about we elect Gov. Perry President so he can get the country back to work?

The reason these CA legislators are there is Perry spent the summer with them, showing them how to beat back insane regulation, zombie taxation and all that kills a State, and these CA guys want to help spread the word to all the other States that Fedzilla’s days are *extremely* numbered.

I’m all for him going back to Texas and continuing his job there....especially if it means the spamming of FR will stop.

The problem, rintense, is that they will now go to the mods/the owner of this site and report you. Been there, done that. They will now also call out their flying monkeys to attack you. Personally, I believe that you give as good as you can take. You suck up the abuse and go on. This is not the case with these people.
In other words, take care.

Oh boy! here come the counter attacks already, claiming that Perry said the “bridge to nowhere” was in Az today.
I haven’t seen any video yet, but WaPo and the others are all over the story.

Perry is the only true, authentic conservative in this race. He is a natural for the nomination — smart, perceptive, sense of humor, telegenic and great sense of values.
